Online Entry Process

All
entries must be submitted online.
-
User names and passwords will come in an email from Direct Athletics.
Unfortunately, the email does not have BBD anywhere in it so some of you
may have deleted it thinking it was spam. If you get an email from Direct
Athletics that has says “New Account Information for DirectAthletics” and
starts out with “Your coach has created an account for you on
DirectAthletics” that is the one you are looking for.

You
need a separate account for each swimmer in your family and will have to
log in separately to complete the entries for each of your swimmers.

If
you do not yet have a username and password, please send and e-mail to
Scott Patterson.

Payment of entry fees – the on line payment system upgrade is not out
yet. For now, you still need to put your entry fee check in the box at
the Y. The fee is $4 per event.

It
is a very easy and quick system. It takes only about 60 – 90 seconds per
swimmer and no one who as tried it so far has had any difficulties.
